I've received the Cigarette 36' hull yesterday, it's a very nice hull indeed with perfect quality, I wish my own fibreglass work could be that good! It definitely looks like a 36 cigarette wide body offshore hull. I'm very happy with it. I plan to make a deck structure, take a mould of that so that I can make more copies of the decking, in the future I will order some more of these excellent hulls from you.

I am so glad I chose your product, largely on the strength of positive mentions in magazine articles, like the recent German armed trawler feature in model Boats. An excellent product, and very cleanly moulded, and the plans are also better drawn and more accurate than I'm used to.

I have checked out the upgrade web site and agree it really is superb now, much improved to my mind. Pleased to see that the Guestbook comments are now available to view, and the biggest plus has to be the addition of more pics of completed models alongside the descriptions. ( couldn't see the one you mentioned a while ago with knickers on the line)

With the old Graupner Wiesel Zobel Class FPB kit of the 1980s no longer around, and having admired the lines but not wanting to make my own hull, I wondered what could be done. Although the commercial appeal would obviously be fairly limited, I persuaded Robin to make a more accurate version of the hull from museum plans and photos, but at his own pace. It has been well worth the (long!) wait for a truly excellent job.

Yes, the website is marvellous, packed with good informative material, the whole section on Steam Power is fantastic, I know I could spend hours there. The many photographs are nice and the layout is good for navigating around. I like the frame on the left edge listing all the sub-groups and their contents. You and your friend have put together something really good.

Howdy again from Calgary, Canada. Back in 1990 you kindly sent me a Neptune trawler yacht hull, and I was pleased to find a picture of my finished model on your website, taken at Bowness Park in Calgary, by golly I'm world famous !!!!

I subsequently purchased a Director paddle tug from you, and both boats are still going strong. After 5 years of building a Garden Railway (G gauge), I am building from scratch a "Tyne" lifeboat (Cromer) but the hull is tricky. I think your website is great, love your Cairns, we had one when our kids were growing up and they still remember what great pet he was!!!

Thanks Robin, perfect German! Where did you learn this ? Great service also, MS Tugboat hull arrived today, perfect quality :-) Do you mould this hulls by yourself ? It is incredible how smooth and perfect they are. I ordered a hull from Xxxxxxx Mouldings a year ago, but their hulls are far away from your quality. The inside often looks like "Sauerkraut" and you have to fill and sand the hull several times.
